Making her chubby didn't come to my mind at all, I just looked at her hair and palette and moved on.
I normally went with default manga-ish woman build.

And thanks for all the answer about the names. I sit there rewatch the episode and nothing came up, the wikia on rarity's page has nothing. But seems like the names are on character list. I didn't see it.

the dress is not final, just playing around but it should give 19xx feel.
the parents are required to wear nice dresses for this commission occasion.
